NICOLE GOODRICH
DVM
Co-Medical Director

Dr. Nicole Goodrich, originally from the southwest suburbs of Chicago, developed a deep love for animals at a very young age. Growing up, it was her lifelong dream to be a veterinarian. In 2013, Dr. Goodrich graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. Upon graduation, she proceeded to veterinary school and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2018 from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign School of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation, Dr. Goodrich worked at a busy multi-doctor urgent care animal hospital in the Chicago suburbs. She relocated to San Francisco in June of 2019 and has practiced small animal companion medicine in the city ever since. Dr. Goodrich is very excited to care for the pets of San Francisco in the heart of Noe Valley as a founding doctor of Noe Animal Hospital.

Dr. Goodrich has particular professional interests in soft tissue surgery and preventive medicine. As a veterinarian and pet owner, she has witnessed the strength of the human-animal bond and is proud to be in a profession where she can help foster and deepen these bonds. She enjoys forming long-term relationships with her clients and supporting her patients through every stage of their lives.

Outside of work Dr. Goodrich enjoys keeping active and spends her time horseback riding and attending Soul Cycle classes. She also loves spending time with her husband (who is also a vet!) and their 3 Labrador Retrievers (Buster, Benny, and Carrie).
